Under My company in the Afosto administration environment, you can add or modify the various data of your company. Under contract you will find the data used for invoicing the various Afosto components.
This section is divided into the following sections:
- Company information
- Payment method
Under company data you will find the data that we use on the invoice for your company. You can adjust these by clicking on the edit button.
This is the payment method used to pay for Afosto products.
Adding a payment method is very simple, just click on direct debit or credit card method and you will be redirected to a page where you can fill in the details. Once you have done this, you will be redirected to the Afosto page and your payment method will be set up.
At the bottom of the page, you will find the invoices from Afosto. In this overview, you can find the invoice numbers, dates, amounts, and payment statuses of your invoices. You also have the possibility to pay open invoices by clicking on the payment icon behind an open invoice.
