Datagrid export
This manual explains how to export data from a datagrid: the entire grid, filtered data, specific columns, and selected rows. Use the download button for the whole grid, or select specific rows or filters for targeted exports. Download the resulting CSV file through the notification window or the notification section.
Exporting the Entire Grid
To export the entire grid, use the download button located at the top right of the grid without selecting individual rows.
Filters
You can also export a selection based on your filters. Refer to the filter manual to understand how to filter your grid, for example, by a specific date range. When you click the download button, the data filtered by your selections, like the last 3 months, will be exported.
Columns
The same applies to columns. Only the columns visible in your view will be exported. If you need certain columns, make sure they are included in your view. These columns can also be rearranged by dragging. For more details, see the column management manual.
Exporting a Selection
To export selected rows, select the individual rows and then click the download button.
Downloading the File
Once the CSV file is ready, you can download it from the dark window that appears in the bottom right corner of your screen. Alternatively, you can find the download in the notifications section at the top right of your screen.
