To start using the Afosto Storefront for your online store, there are a few steps you'll need to follow. These steps provide you with all the necessary credentials and configurations to successfully set up your online storefront.

Setting Up a Sales Channel

Your first task is to create a sales channel. This is done through the Afosto Admin App, which can be accessed at https://admin.afosto.app/channels. Creating a sales channel will define how your online store interacts with the Afosto Storefront. The sales channel configuration includes details like your storefront's name, branding, payment and shipping methods, and default language.

Generating Storefront Credentials

Once you've set up and configured your sales channel, your next step is to create the credentials for your storefront. This can be done at https://admin.afosto.app/company/api-settings. Here you will see the option to add new API credentials. Click on "Add" and select the sales channel you just created. You will also need to add a description for your storefront credentials.

Upon clicking "Add", a storefront token will be generated and displayed in a dialog box. This token is your key to interacting with the Afosto API and should be handled securely.
