Explanation: External access

Introduction

In this guide, we will explain how to request external access to a client's account in the Afosto environment. This way, you can easily access different accounts and work more efficiently.

Preparation

  1. Make sure you are logged into your business account via this link.

Step-by-step

  1. Click on the icons of your company name and user in the top right corner of your account.
  2. Select your company name. A pop-up will appear, allowing you to switch between different accounts.
  3. Click on the "Request Access" button in the pop-up.
  4. A field will open where you can enter the client's email address. Fill in the email address of the client for whom you want to request access and click "Request Access."
  5. The client will receive an access request in their account. Wait for the client to accept this request.
  6. Once the client accepts the request, you will have access to their account.

Now, you can easily switch between different accounts you have access to by following steps 1 through 3.
