Change printer
To connect a receipt printer to the POS, two conditions must be met:
- You need to have received an account for our spooler print service (contact us if you don’t have one).
- The spooler print service must be active on your network.
Once the above conditions are met, you can select a printer as follows:
The first time you start the POS, you will be prompted to select the appropriate printer. Select the printer you wish to use for printing receipts.
If you want to change the printer after the first startup of the POS, you can do so by clicking the three dots in the top-right corner of the POS screen.
Under 'Connectivity,' select the printer you want to change.
Select the desired printer. The selected printer is linked to the device you are currently using. This means the printer setting does not apply to other devices. Each device must be connected to the desired printer individually.
