Setting Up Your Afosto Account
After creating your Afosto account, you can start setting up your account by navigating to the management environment within Afosto via the button in the top right corner of the Afosto App or by navigating to admin.afosto.app
You will now enter the management environment of the Afosto OMS, where you will find several headings in the left menu to set up your account. Click on my account > Organization details
Company information details
On this page, you will find the details for your organization's contract with Afosto. These are the company details that are used on the invoice you receive for our software.
Enter the company and contact details you want to use for our invoices here.
Subscription settings
On this page, you will find an overview of the payment method used to pay your Afosto invoices and an overview of the latest invoices from our system.
Currently, we still send the invoices for the use of our Afosto OMS and WMS manually from administratie at afosto.com
Add payment method
By clicking the add payment method button, you can add a payment method for the invoices that are automatically generated from Afosto. At this moment, this is only for the Instant Search and Quicq apps.

Invoices from Afosto
Under invoices, you will find an overview of the automatically generated invoices from Afosto. At this moment, this is only for the Instant Search and Quicq apps.

Setting up users
On the users page, you manage the people who have access to your Afosto environment. A distinction is made between Team Members (users within your own organization) and External users (for example, employees of Afosto, partners, web developers, marketing parties, etc.).
You can also manage the access requests from external users who have requested access to your Afosto account here.
Audit logs
Under my account > audit logs, you will find a log of all activities that take place within your Afosto environment.
