How long does it take to roll out the app?

That depends on how much customisation is needed. A standard configuration can go live within a few weeks, custom flows take longer. We work in iterations, so you do not have to have everything perfect up front.

What if our process is unique?

Then we build it. Our app is not a rigid template. We have customers with workflows that fit no off-the-shelf package, and we make it possible.

Which devices does the app run on?

On Zebra scanners, other Android handhelds, iPhones, iPads and tablets. Whatever fits your working environment best.

How quickly are new staff up to speed?

The app is built to be intuitive. At every step the app shows what needs to happen, with product images and clear instructions. Temporary staff are usually working on their own within an hour.

Does the app work across multiple shops and warehouses at once?

Yes. All locations run in the same app, on the same real-time data. Stock, orders and transfers are visible across locations straight away, with no sync needed.

Does this app replace our other warehouse tools?

In most cases yes. The app covers picking, receiving, returns, stocktaking, services, production and transfers, and usually replaces three to five separate tools.

Does the app work for ship-from-store?

Yes. Shops ship online orders or handle click and collect with the same functionality as the central warehouse. The same app, the same flows.

What about data and visibility for managers?

Everything that happens in the app lands straight in the WMS and is visible in real time in dashboards. With our MCP server you can also ask questions of your data in natural language.
