Pages

Creating collection or category pages is the basis of success in Afosto. Collections are groups of products, which together form a collection. You can create and identify a collection yourself. For example, you can have a collection of shoes, or a collection of t-shirts.

When you then link a collection to a page, a collection page is created. This is a page where all products from the collections linked to the page are shown. These pages can have their own layout and can be linked to, for example, filters. An example of a collection page can be found at the bottom of this page.

Method

To link a collection to a page, follow the next procedure.

• In the dashboard of your sales channel, go to ‘Menus’ and click the page to which you want to link a collection. If this page does not exist yet, first create a new page.

• Scroll down the page until you reach the ‘Collections’ block. Here you can check the collections you want to link to the page.

• Click save.

• The products usually appear immediately, but within an hour at the latest, on the indicated page.
