The SKU must exactly match what is in the system.
Without a valid SKU, stock cannot be added.

Quantity (required)*

The amount you add to current stock.
This is added to the existing stock level.

When should you use optional fields?

Only use these if they apply to your product:

Location
Use this if you work with fixed warehouse locations (racks/bins).

Lot number
Use this for batch-managed products.
Important for traceability and recalls.

Serial number
Use this for unique products (e.g. electronics).
Each row usually contains 1 unit.

Expiration date
Use this for products with an expiry date.
The system can later route or select based on this.

Price + Currency
Use this if you want to register a different purchase price per batch.

Weight / Weight unit
Use this when weight is part of your logistics process.

Step 4 Check your input

Always check:

  • Are all SKUs spelled correctly?
  • Does every row contain a quantity?
  • Are dates in the correct format?
  • Using serial numbers? → Usually 1 per row.

Step 5 Execute the bulk action

Click Execute.

  • The system validates the rows.
  • If there are errors, you will see a message per row.
  • If successful, the stock is added immediately.

The stock is now available in real time within OMS/WMS.

Important notes

  • This bulk action adds stock (it does not replace existing stock).
  • Working with batches or expiry dates? Always fill those fields correctly.
  • Serial numbers must be unique.
  • SKU is leading — not the product name.
