Where Becosoft is strong

Becosoft focuses on retailers and wholesalers with complex stock management and a long supply chain. That fits well if one of these situations applies to you.

One ERP for your chain

you want financial management, stock, purchasing, production and sales in one package, for sectors such as fashion, garden and lifestyle.

Hospitality

with Emmy, Becosoft has a point of sale for the hospitality sector, compatible with the Belgian fiscal data module (the "white cash register").

Everything from one supplier

software, hardware and services come from Becosoft itself, with offices in Belgium, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.

What you get with Afosto

Prices you see up front

Every Afosto module has a price on the site, with a free plan to start with. You test with your own orders before you commit, and you pay per module by volume.

Marketplaces in one order overview

Orders from bol (including LVB and Verzenden via bol), Amazon, Kaufland and Mirakl marketplaces arrive next to your webshop and store. For bol and Kaufland, the invoice goes to the marketplace automatically.

Your own frontend and checkout

Cart and checkout run on the public GraphQL API. You build a headless webshop, ordering app or B2B portal on the same stock, with webhooks for new and shipped orders.

Business customers with their own terms

Organisations with their own price list and VAT details, several contacts, and per customer payment on account, with a deposit or in instalments. Once a quote is accepted, you convert it into an order.

Always the latest version

Afosto releases updates almost daily, for all customers at once and at no extra cost. An upgrade project or a move to a new version does not exist at Afosto.

Support from the team that builds it

Your support comes from Dutch-speaking commerce consultants with years of experience. When needed, you talk directly to Afosto's developers. Support is included in every plan.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Becosoft and Afosto

What does Becosoft cost?

That is not on Becosoft's site. On 5 October 2026 we found no prices on becosoft.com for software, hardware or subscriptions; you request them through sales or a demo. Afosto lists the price of every module on its site, with a free plan. See the pricing.

Does Becosoft have a public API?

We found no API documentation on becosoft.com on 5 October 2026. Becosoft writes that its software can connect with almost any package, and that each ERP integration is carried out individually. Afosto has a public GraphQL API, REST and webhooks. More for developers.

Is Afosto an ERP?

No. Afosto is a commerce platform for orders, stock, warehouse, point of sale, product data, storefronts, B2B sales, quotes and invoices. Accounting, HR and manufacturing are not part of it. Afosto creates invoices and credit notes itself, and they sync with your accounting software, such as Exact Online.

Can I run webshop and store on one stock with Afosto?

Yes. Afosto's point of sale runs on the same stock and customer data as your webshop and B2B portal. A sale in the store updates stock right away, and a customer can order something in the store that you deliver to their home. More about the POS.

Which marketplaces does Afosto connect to?

Afosto imports orders from bol (including LVB and Verzenden via bol), Amazon, Kaufland and marketplaces that run on Mirakl. For bol and Kaufland, the invoice goes to the marketplace automatically.

Can I cancel Afosto monthly?

Yes. Each Afosto part has a minimum term of one month. With monthly billing, your subscription renews per month and you cancel with one month's notice. Source: the terms of service, article 2 and 6.
