What is an order line?
One product-quantity pair on an order. An order with 3 products = 3 order lines, regardless of quantity per line.
Why does Afosto charge by order lines?
Because order lines are the actual workload on the platform. That is more accurate than pricing on orders or revenue.
What happens if I process more order lines?
You automatically move up to the next tier. No hard limit, no blocking: we only bill what you use.
What is the difference between OMS and WMS?
OMS automates order processing (intake to label). WMS adds warehouse management (locations, pick lists, pick & pack with the scan app).
When does inventory management start?
Inventory management, with one stock for all your channels, locations and pick & pack, begins at the Pro tier. Replenishing stock and receiving deliveries is possible from Start.
Can I manage multiple warehouses?
Yes. Pro = 1 site, Business = 3, Scale = 5, Scale+ = 10, Enterprise = 20. Higher volumes are custom.
Which carriers are supported?
All major carriers: PostNL, DHL, DPD, UPS, GLS, Sendcloud, Budbee, MyParcel, Parcel Pro, and more.
Can I start on my own or do you offer onboarding?
Both. You can start on your own with the free plan. We run the onboarding ourselves or with a partner. That can be together with your existing partner or your own team, or we do most of the work and then provide training and documentation so your team can carry on independently. We draw up the plan in the introductory meeting, tailored to the size of your organisation and the team we train. That way we lay a solid foundation for working together.
