What is a transaction?
One register sale — regardless of the amount. A transaction with 10 products counts as 1 transaction.
Why no transaction fees?
Because we believe in fixed, transparent pricing. Your cost is predictable, not dependent on revenue.
Can I test Afosto POS first?
Yes, the free plan lets you test up to 30 transactions per month — automatic printing works from the first paid plan.
What is in the free plan?
30 transactions/month, 1 register, 1 location, 1 user — basic register features and €0 transaction fees.
When does automatic printing start?
From the first paid plan (Start). On the free plan you can test the flow but printers are not automatically driven.
What is the difference between POS inventory and WMS?
POS inventory is light stock tracking for the register. WMS adds warehouse management with picking, inbound and fulfilment.
How do pricing rules and coupons work?
Configure them once in the Workspace — they apply automatically at the register and online.
Can I use customer-specific pricing?
Yes — from the Serious plan. Works for B2B accounts and VIP customers.
Can I manage multiple locations and registers?
Yes — every paid plan has unlimited registers and locations.
Can I start on my own or do you offer onboarding?
