What is a SKU?
A SKU is a unique product variant, e.g. a shirt in size M, colour red. Every variant counts as 1 SKU.
What happens if I need more SKUs?
You upgrade to the next tier. Upgrades take effect immediately: no hard limits, no blocked operations.
Can I start on my own or do you offer onboarding?
Both. You can start on your own with an import. We run the onboarding ourselves or with a partner. That can be together with your existing partner or your own team, or we do most of the work and then provide training and documentation so your team can carry on independently. We draw up the plan in the introductory meeting, tailored to the size of your organisation and the team we train. That way we lay a solid foundation for working together.
Do you offer training and guidance?
Yes, from the Serious plan priority support is included. Pro adds a dedicated account manager.
Can I combine PIM with other modules?
Yes. Combining with OMS/WMS, POS or CMS gives you a 10% package discount.
What is a sales channel?
A sales channel is a distinct publication destination, e.g. your webshop or a marketplace.
