The right invoice for every order
Afosto automatically generates invoices for your orders. Regardless of the originating marketplace, all shipped items are invoiced and return items are credited automatically. Tax rates are imported or configured per marketplace to make sure the right VAT is applied.
Also, in case of B2B sales, VAT-number verification is built-in, to make sure you don't lose time on tedious tasks.
The invoices are uploaded to the connected marketplaces or sent via email. We can also forward the correct VAT amounts to your accounting package.

Which sales channels can I connect?
Webshops (such as WooCommerce and Shopify), marketplaces (such as Bol.com), your B2B and B2C webshop, your Afosto POS systems, and external systems via the API. Every order arrives in one hub.
What is the difference between the OMS and the WMS?
The OMS handles the order and customer flow: intake, payment, invoicing, communication, and returns. The WMS handles physical fulfilment: inventory, picking, and receiving. They share one dataset, so there are no synchronization issues.
How does payment handling work?
The OMS handles payments with payment links, reminders, partial payments, and refunds, among others. Fraud checks run through your payment provider; only on a valid payment does the order proceed to fulfilment.
Is the OMS suitable for B2B?
Yes. Quotes with order conversion, credit limits and payment terms, customer-specific prices, purchase order numbers, and organizations with multiple addresses are all supported.
Which shipping carriers are connected by default?
More than ten shipping carriers are connected directly. Shipping rules automatically select the right carrier based on weight, destination, or customer.
Can I still adjust orders after they have been placed?
Yes. You can change the address, add or remove order lines, and partially cancel. If the order is already in the WMS, it is automatically put on hold.
Does the OMS work with my accounting package?
Yes. Invoices and the correct VAT amounts are exported automatically to your accounting package; multiple packages are supported.
How does the OMS communicate with customers?
With automatic order confirmations, shipping updates with track & trace, delivery and return status, via email, SMS, or push — with templates per brand, channel, and language.
Do customers have a returns portal?
Yes. Customers register returns themselves, receive a label and their refund, with automatic processing in your inventory.
