Pricing & packages

You pay a fixed monthly price per module. Your plan depends on your volume: order lines for OMS and WMS, transactions for POS, SKUs for PIM and storefronts for the CMS. Afosto charges no transaction fees and no percentage of your revenue, and on OMS, WMS and CMS you do not pay per user. Your payment provider charges its own rate. VAT is charged where applicable.

An order line is one product on an order, regardless of quantity. An order with three different products counts as three order lines, even if you order more than one of a product. We charge by order lines because they are the actual workload on the platform, which is more accurate than orders or revenue. POS receipts do not count as order lines for OMS and WMS: the POS is priced by transactions.

The OMS processes your orders, from intake to shipping label. The WMS adds warehouse management: locations, pick lists and pick & pack with the scan app. WMS starts at the WMS Pro plan, with one stock for all your channels. Replenishing stock and receiving deliveries is possible from OMS Start.

If you process more order lines or need more SKUs than your plan includes, you move up to the next plan. There is no hard limit and nothing gets blocked. The calculator on each product’s pricing page shows upfront which plan fits your volume.

No. You can start with one module, for example only the OMS or the POS, and add more later. Your existing webshop can stay: the Shopify, WooCommerce and Lightspeed eCom integrations bring in orders and send stock back. Combine two or more modules and you get a 10% package discount.

Yes. The OMS and the POS have a free plan, so you can test with your own products. Creating an account takes a few minutes. If you want help with setup, we draw up a project plan with an estimate in hours in the introductory meeting. We run the onboarding ourselves or with a partner.

A subscription runs per billing term and renews automatically at the end of each term, unless you cancel with the required notice. Fees are invoiced in advance. The full conditions are in our terms and conditions.
