Brincr or Afosto? Order management for wholesale, or B2B and B2C on one stock
Brincr is built for the sales process of a wholesaler: quotes, price agreements, invoices and an ordering portal. Afosto covers that too, and runs your webshop, point of sale and marketplaces on the same stock.
Brincr and Afosto, part by part
If you only sell to regular business customers, they look alike. The difference grows once you also sell to consumers, through marketplaces or in your own store. As of 30 September 2026.

What does Brincr cost in 2026?
On 30 September 2026 Brincr costs €99 per month for Small (1 user), €219 for Medium, €329 for Large and €529 for X-Large. An extra user costs €32.50 per month. Source: brincr.com/prijzen.
Is Afosto more expensive than Brincr?
It depends on what you compare. If you only count the subscriptions for a small team that sells to regular business customers, Brincr is cheaper. If you also sell to consumers, at Brincr you put a B2B portal, a webshop integration and a webshop from another provider side by side. At Afosto, B2B and B2C storefronts, quote tool, point of sale and warehouse sit on one platform, and you pay per module by volume.
Am I locked into a contract with Afosto?
No. Each Afosto part has a minimum term of one month. With monthly billing your subscription renews per month and you cancel with one month's notice. Source: the terms of service, article 2 and 6. You start with the free plan, and onboarding support is optional.
How often is Afosto updated?
Almost daily. Improvements and fixes go live for all customers at once, at no extra cost and without an upgrade project.
Can I export my data from Afosto?
Yes. You export overviews in the back office yourself as a CSV file, such as your products with stock per warehouse.
Does Afosto have a B2B portal?
Yes. Business customers order in their own account, with their own price list and payment terms such as payment on account. They see their orders, invoices and parcels there. Through the API you can also build your own ordering environment. More about B2B sales.
Can I create quotes in Afosto?
Yes. You draw up a quote as a draft order and email it to the customer. Once they agree, you convert the quote into an order, which then runs through your warehouse.
Does Brincr have a point of sale?
We found no point of sale on Brincr's site on 30 September 2026. Afosto has its own POS on the same stock as your webshop and B2B portal, with no transaction fees from Afosto.
Does Afosto connect to my accounting?
Afosto creates the invoice automatically once a shipment is on its way, with a credit note for a return or cancellation, and syncs with Exact Online. More about the Exact Online integration.
